Voted “Best Place to Shop” by readers of Emerald Coast Magazine, award-winning Destin Commons continues to set the bar for shopping, dining and entertainment in Northwest Florida. Opened in 2003, the outdoor center is home to over 80 stores and restaurants including Bass Pro Shops, Belk, a 14-screen AMC stadium style movie theatre, and a 35,000 square foot Whole Foods Market. Destin Commons will debut two new dining concepts in 2022, City Food Hall and Party Fowl. City Food Hall, the first food hall in Destin, will showcase more than 10 specialty restaurant concepts offering food and drinks from around the globe, an expansive indoor/outdoor bar, and two state-of-the-art Topgolf full swing simulators with a variety of multi- sport games, several HDTVs and comfortable lounge seating. Party Fowl, renowned for its signature Nashville Hot Chicken, will open its first restaurant outside Tennessee.

Destin Commons includes +/-500,000 square feet of retail space, featuring the region’s first H&M and Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl & Grill. The Center also offer +/-70,000 square feet of class “A” office space. Destin Commons is situated on 56 acres in the heart of Okaloosa County. The area, known as Florida’s Emerald Coast, was ranked fourth in “Best Beaches in the U.S.” by U.S. News & World Report.
